Fenner Dunlop Conveyor Belting to Unify Brand Globally

Fenner Dunlop Conveyor Belting, a global manufacturer of industrial conveyor belts and other polymer products, has announced that it will be unifying its brand globally. Beginning Jan. 1, 2024, the company’s two divisions, Fenner Dunlop BV in Europe and Fenner Dunlop Americas in the United States, will use a common brand name, Fenner Dunlop Conveyor Belting.

The company says the brand unification will enhance its global presence, streamline communications, simplify and further increase brand awareness. It will also create a simpler, less confusing brand experience for customers and service partners.

The company will retain the Dunlop name and the famous “Flying ‘D'” logo, but will adopt the Fenner Dunlop Conveyor Belting brand name. The company says this will help distance it from other companies that use the Dunlop name, such as Dunlop Belting Products in South Africa.

Brand harmonization is more than just a branding and marketing campaign. It also formalizes a working collaboration between the two divisions that has been in place for years. That collaboration has led to the development of successful products such as UsFlex belts and Ultra X belts, the company says.

The company is committed to single-ply technology and believes the brand unification will help it develop new and improved products. The company says the best is yet to come.
